Order direct or through your rep
Add items to your order and submit on your account terms, or hand the whole basket to your Seffla rep to arrange on your behalf. Whichever works for you.
Step 1. Source: discover the right supplier and product
Browse the full catalog or narrow to a single supplier. Every product page carries the item number, selling unit, case quantity, availability, and whatever spec sheets, safety data sheets, and installation guides the supplier has published. No account is needed to research. Only to see pricing.
Step 2. Price: see your unique account pricing
Prices on Seffla are not list prices. Each figure is the rate agreed between your business and that supplier, resolved from your account's pricing tier the moment you load the page. Where a product has no agreed rate on your account yet, we show a "contact your rep" action instead of a number. A wrong price helps nobody.
Step 3. Order: place your order your way
Add items to your order and submit them on your existing account terms. One order per supplier, with your own PO number if you use them. Your Seffla rep confirms every order before it reaches the supplier's desk, exactly as they do today. You can also hand the whole basket to your rep if you'd rather they place it.
Selling units, case quantities, and minimums
Many products are sold in cases. Where a case pack exists, the quantity stepper moves in whole cases so you can't accidentally order a partial one. Each supplier sets its own order minimum and prepaid-freight threshold; both are shown in your order as you build it, so you always know how far you are from qualifying.
Getting your account set up
Business accounts are verified by a person. Apply for access and a Seffla rep reviews the request, links it to your company's account and pricing tier, and emails you an invitation. That review is deliberate: it's what guarantees one customer never sees another's pricing.
