Freight, Ordering Terms & Delivery Information
How freight, minimums, lead times, and payment work across our supplier network.
How freight works
Each supplier sets its own prepaid-freight threshold. Orders at or above that value ship prepaid; below it, freight is charged at cost or by the supplier's published rate. Your order shows your distance from the threshold as you build it, so you can top up before you submit rather than after you're invoiced.
Order minimums
Suppliers may set a minimum order value or quantity. Where one exists, it is enforced when you submit. You'll be told exactly how far short an order is instead of having it silently rejected days later.
Selling units and case quantities
Products are sold by their selling unit (each, case, pail, and so on). Where a case pack applies, quantities move in whole cases. Broken cases are only possible where the supplier explicitly allows them.
Lead times
Lead times vary by supplier and by whether stock is on hand. Availability is shown per product and refreshed from our fulfillment system. Your order page shows confirmations and shipments, including ASN, carrier, and tracking numbers. As the supplier releases them.
Payment terms
Orders placed here bill to your existing account terms. Typically Net 30–45. Exactly as orders placed through your rep do today.
Order confirmation and changes
Every order submitted here is reviewed and confirmed by your Seffla rep before it reaches the supplier. If something needs to change. A quantity, a substitution, a price we don't yet have on file. Your rep contacts you first.
