The short version: order honestly, we confirm before anything ships, and your negotiated pricing stays between us.
Who we are
Seffla Ltd. ("Seffla") is a sales agency and sourcing provider. The products listed here are manufactured and fulfilled by our supplier partners; Seffla represents them and processes your orders on their behalf.
Accounts and access
Business accounts are verified before activation and linked to your negotiated pricing. You are responsible for the people you invite to your account and for keeping credentials private. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
Ordering
An order submitted on the storefront is a purchase request, not a binding confirmation: a Seffla rep reviews every order before it reaches the supplier, and you'll be contacted before anything changes. Orders bill to your existing account terms. Supplier order minimums, case quantities, and freight thresholds apply as shown at the time of ordering.
Pricing
Business pricing is negotiated per account and confidential. Don't share it. Prices shown reflect our records at the time of display; in the rare case of an error, your rep will contact you before the order is confirmed rather than invoice you a surprise.
Product information
Product content is provided by suppliers and reviewed by Seffla, but specifications can change. The supplier's official documentation governs. Safety data sheets and spec documents on the site are provided as a convenience.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seffla's liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. Warranty claims on products are handled with the manufacturer through your rep. See our returns & claims page.
